Founded in 2017, Fab Homes believes that people can live in better houses than they do today for the price they are paying.
Our operation focus on Single Family Residences, in a region of Silicon Valley called Stanford Circle, which contains the cities of: Palo Alto, Los Altos, Menlo Park, Atherton, Los Altos Hills, Woodside and Portola Valley, a niche market size who achieved $7 billions in sales in 2020.
On average, in 2023 the sales of this niche were of houses over 60 years old, with about 2100 sqft, sold for US$ 3.6 million in 25 days.
We deliver new houses, with modern architectural design, sustainability, automated and with a lot of integration between indoor and outdoor environments.

Constantly monitoring market opportunities, comparables, zoning, costs, and regulations, Fab Homes manage to scout the best deals. Combine with a long-term relationship with brokers and a field team.

We are looking for strategic investors and partners that wanna enter the Silicon Valley Real Estate market, capturing the unique moment of this region.

Project Start
Phase 1
The phase where the magic happens, in this moment we develop the project and gather the best architects and engineers to think. Also in this phase, we issue all the permits needed with the city.

Now it's time to build this fantastic project! With Fab's Project Manager monitoring all stages of construction, we minimize the risk of being out of the budget and over the estimated date.

Selling
After selling we deduct all expenses and pay the debt, sharing the project's profit between the investors and the developer.
Profit-Sharing
With interests aligned, the project must have profit to Fab Homes (the developer) have profit.
