We concentrate exclusively on the “Stanford Circle” — Palo Alto, Los Altos, Menlo Park, Atherton, Los Altos Hills, Woodside and Portola Valley — a finely tuned submarket that generated $7 billion in resale volume in 2020. In 2023, the typical home sold in this niche was over 60 years old, roughly 2,100 sq ft, trading at $3.6 million in just 25 days.
