Every line item is visible before construction begins. Our fee is fixed upfront — it does not grow if costs rise without a scope change. If there are savings, they are passed through at actual cost. You see everything.
Every scope modification is formally proposed, priced, approved, and tracked. We view this as the single most important process in high-end construction, because uncontrolled changes are the leading source of cost overruns.
A project manager and superintendent are on every FAB site. Monthly invoices are tied to verified work completion, with independent inspections at every milestone. Problems are caught early, before they compound.
